Order & Design
- We send you a proof before your order goes into production — we won't start printing until you approve it.
- If you choose to have Sprint design your artwork, one round of revisions is included at no extra cost.
Refund & Cancellation
- If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- If a payment doesn't go through successfully, any amount deducted is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Government & Restricted Material
You must have the right and authorization to print any designs, logos, documents or other material you upload. Sprint will not print Government or Government-body material without proper authorization.
