Privacy Policy

What we collect

• A random session identifier stored in a cookie on your device, so we can remember your cart and artwork between visits before you check out. This identifier is never exposed in any page or API response — only a one-way hash of it is kept server-side.
• Contact and delivery details (name, phone, email, address) you enter at checkout, and the artwork files you upload for printing.
• Order and payment records needed to fulfil, invoice and deliver your order.

What we don't do

• We don't store your name, phone, email or address in your browser — that information lives on our servers only, never in your cart or local device storage.
• We don't see or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment partner.
• We don't sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

To calculate accurate pricing, produce your order correctly, generate your GST invoice, arrange pickup or delivery, and contact you about that specific order — nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay for payment processing, and our courier partners for delivery. Each only receives what they need to do their part.
